Student ~

Conduct

Dismissal:

Any action by a student that disrupts normal classroom activities or clinic operations may lead to dismissal. A student dismissed for misconduct will receive a written statement outlining the reasons for such action. Furthermore, a student dismissed for misconduct will not be allowed to re-enroll.

Withdrawal/Refund Policy:

In the event of termination for any reason, the school will conduct a Title IV refund calculation for any excess Federal Student Aid received by the student. The calculation will determine any refunds owed to the student or any balance owed to the school, as outlined in the Refund Policy on Page 14 of the School Catalog. Refer to Page 14 for a detailed explanation.

Graduate Placement Policy:

While Central Texas Beauty College cannot guarantee employment post-graduation, we provide employment assistance to all graduates seeking jobs related to their training. Students are equipped with professional resume-building skills and interview preparation. Upon request, we assist students in contacting potential employers. Job opportunities are frequently posted on our Facebook page by area employers seeking our graduates. Graduates are encouraged to maintain contact with the school for ongoing employment support.

Student’s Right to Privacy:

Student files are private, and no information from these files will be released to unauthorized individuals. Authorization is limited to representatives from the U.S. Department of Education (including compliance auditors), the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts & Sciences, and the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Central Texas Beauty College guarantees students the right to review their files privately in the presence of one or more administrators. The parent or guardian of a dependent minor also has the right to review the student’s file in the presence of the student and one or more administrators. Written consent from the student or guardian is required before releasing any student information in response to a third-party request, except as outlined above.
